Their tails are moving, so I guess is not a suit or something, but the fact they all look ugly and literally the same makes me think that it will only be a new beast tribe and nothing more.

Fake tails move too. I tend to think it's a helm/mask.

They're most likely going to simply be called 'werewolves' and be a FFV reference. Kelger being the leader, Quelb being their town/village and maybe have some ties to the Students of Baldesion. Maybe former students who really messed up a spell.

Looking at how the uniform fits they may be playable in the future. Not now but maybe. Looks like the only issue would be the head gear. The foot gear looks human.

Could they not just set the headgear to be hidden on X race? The system is already in place just lock the toggle if X race is played.
