I didn't know Miqo'te tails got that big. If anything, the tails they have roughly match the tail the Wolfliege Coat has.

If it is a new race, and if its ever possible to play as it... that might be the one thing to get me to swap from Miqo'te. Do want so much.

Doman weapons? I didn't notice when I watched it. So, maybe inugami. Ghost Dogs would be cool. I'd play that if they all don't look alike.

We need like 3 more races so it doesnt seem like you see the same person everywhere but with different clothes.

The doesn't look like Garlean militia attire that's been the exact same that we've seen on everything sans the leaders. Plus, their weapons are what we got at the start of 3.0 known as "Doman" weapons. I'm also thinking their snouts and irregular heads might not make helms work. if they have paws for feet, they'd need custom shoes. Makes me think the design was tossed as a player race, but kept as a beast tribe. Again, SE has gone on record to say they do not want the hassle of being forced to make custom gear to make a race work.

They honestly remind me of gnolls.

While we have had a lot of "this is a work in progress" touted around, and those ones being valid, its HIGHLY doubtful that anything in this trailer is a work in progress. More so since its all animations or cutscenes, not things like damage numbers.

At the same time I don't think this trailer was thrown together yesterday. There is a small possibility it was put together while these things were in progress and is such a small part they didn't bother to update it. Highly unlikely but possible non the less.
