    They look awesome and I would change instantly to them if they would become playable. At least if the female version looks like that too and not as a hyur with doggy ears..>_>

    Being realistic I fear that those are only from a future beast tribe. V_V

    Q: Will there be any maintenance fees or other costs for housing, besides the cost of the land and house?
    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    Theres a slim chance it could become a player race but Im 99.99% sure if it was requested Yoshi p would turn it down "Because they cant wear hats"

    Dont hurt to hope though.

    I would love any more furry race! I would fantasia to this in a second, lol. This or Viera would be awesome. Though I would prefer the wolf race.

    The biggest reason I see why this can't/won't be a playable race is not about how a headgear would fit the head.
    It's about the facial expressions.
    We all know that FFXIV heavily use the Facial Expressions in Cutscenes.
    I can imagine that it can be quite tricky to make all the facial expressions work well with a face like that, and that (to me personally) would be a dealbreaker whether or not they should be implemented.

    I do still hope they can be a potential candidate for a new playable race.
