I wonder people don't much run in The Binding Coil of Bahamunt
I'm done turn 1-2.
Still no get 3-5. ( Never see new thing/quest in old raids)
Also maybe I need unlock "The final coil Bahamunt".
When I get work with wondrous tails.

Party finder is gonna be your best bet for those. Just put BONUS in the description and it should fill up pretty quick.
Several reasons:
1) Its old content
2) Its difficult content - idealy you want a static/fixed group for it -> ite NEVER was big in the DF, a few easier turns (just like T1) are the exception
3) DF level synchs you to level 50 - doing it unsyched is prefered by most people now - makes the fights easier
And, I cant stress this enough: This content was never intended to be done/cleared by random pugs in DF. It was designed with a static in mind. Thats why the content can be more difficult. It is NOT Df-content like dungeons or the current normal mode for Alexander. You need to know and follow mechanics - specially when synched, but even when unsyched. This content is a challenge and people know that. Its a challange you're supposed to take on as a group, not as an individual in the DF.
PF-unsyched parties are your way to go when you want to do this for WT - trying this in DF will most likely be a frustrating way to waste your time. If you want to do it properly, you're better off looking for like minded people.
Personally I'd just pick another of Khloes assignments though - depending on the Coil-Turn it still is a bit of a challenge even when done unsyched and not worth the bother.
Coil in the DF is really, really painful. As others have said if you want to clear these instances I'd ask your FC or LS for help or put up a PF for an unsynced run. At 60 with higher ilevels you can solo Turn 3 on your own, I've done it a few times for WT (although you might want to bring a few potions just to be safe). You probably will never see or get a party for T3, since that Turn is just trash mobs. I'd also look up a guide beforehand for T5+. Even at 60 there are still normally several wipes when trying to help new people get clears in certain turns such as T9.

A friend and I did 1-4 unsynched as A tank and Ninja.
Was pretty fun and actually challenging with only two people and no healing.
I ended up unsynching the rest to get them done before my sister and I could progress into the 3.4 storyline.
Well being that level 50 is no longer "End Game"...
No one is interested in doing "End Game" content in the middle of the game.
They only do End Game content... at level 60 (soon to be level 70).... so yeah the queues will be completely empty until they either update the content to level 60/70 or downgrade the content to normal level 50 content.
I think everyone's mentality is they have either cleared it or just waiting for someone else to put the PF up for them to join. So take the initative, make the PF see what happens.
Where I can solo The Binding Coil of Bahamut's place? No see map.
I clicked "entrance" in Eastern La Noscea.
Only show finder with random people. How I make alone and unsynch?
Open your DutyFinder Window. Click on "Open Duty Finder settings" (thats the little gear in the upper left corner). Select the second option "Undersized Party". Hit "Confirm".
Now you can select the Coil-Turn you want from the "Raids (A Realm Reborn)" category and just go in at level 60 and with the party you're currently in - if thats just you, you can try and solo those raids. Please note that in that case you'll have to inform yourself about mechanics that are going to happen and how to handle them or else you wont have much luck. Your best bet might actually be to just join a PF-party.
You also need to de-select "Undersized Party" again when you want to queue for things normally.
