    actually seeing how an mmo is supposed to be played for longer than the 5-40 hours that 95% of offline games usually build content for, it should have more content than offline games, and other than ffxiv most mmos do in fact have more content than offline games, i would be surprised if stwor, guild wars 2 etc dont release with more content and exploration than ffxiv has even today.

    Which is why I think it makes XIV look like a such a travesty. They are both RPG games that are meant to consume 100's of hours of time so I think there is enough similarities to compare the two. The fact that a single player RPG has more to see and do in it than an MMO is embarrising. One of the main reasons I loved XI was because there was litterally so much to do, you really didn't know where to begin. XIV has none of that right now. You essentially can choose between doing 5 things. They both have open world maps, yet skyrims is PACKED full of things to see, while XIVS open world has even been described as a ghost town by the very company that made it.
