Minimum of 2 days, which Yoshida did say well before release the only thing that will cause any further delays is a critical bug, nothing minor they can emergency patch after the fact.

This hurts more than helps, people explained this to you in your topic -- Still don't understand that concept?

Version 2.0 will be released like mid 2013 this way.. I'm starting to think Square should start buying their engines. It would be faster and easier to make games for them probably.
I love how people say Suckrim and yet they play FF XIV lol...
Face it, Skyrim isn't the best game ever, not everyone likes it -- Shocking right? People have different tastes in games. (Plus Bethesda always leave in glaring issues, ironic given people saying Skyrim is perfect yet complaining about at minimum a 2 day delay in patch when one of Skyrim's first patches negated the effects of Resistances and somehow reversed dragon flypaths ontop of preventing Dragons from disappearing in order to get their souls...)

Yeah XIV may have it's problems, but you have to screw something up pretty badly to do what Bethesda is known for doing when it comes to bugs.

This is so funny, people bashed hard on FFXIII and saying sales meant nothing, by the way, FFXIII-2 also got a perfect score, so I'll use the logic people here like to use when XIII is mentioned:

"3.4 million sales mean nothing."

Here's a serious questions:

How many of you wouldn't have complained when a serious bug was found after they launched the patch? No need to answer actually, because the same amount of people would have complained endlessly just like they are complaining now and calling SE unprofessional for doing what every other company in the world does when a flaw is found and they don't want to release it to the public.

It's almost as if companies that released a buggy patch or software full of security holes which is more detrimental to the end-user would release something called a "hotfix" or "security patch".

Nah, a company hasn't ever done that before because only SE delays patches and have buggy products. /sarcasm.
