I believe this error is a failed connection to the lobby server and not the data center.

My suggestion is to power cycle your cable modem and router if you are using 1. Have both unplugged between 5-10mins for a full power cycle (Though 1 min is often long enough). Then plug the modem in and wait till it gets a signal from the ISP. Then plug the router in.

If you are still unable to get on, restart the network connection on the PC, if you do not know how, then just restart the computer.

If you are still unable to connect, then I would go in IE internet settings and click the reset settings.

If that does not work, then there might be more of a problem with either your ISP or possibly server issue and would have to call tech support.
