Astrologian Card RNG Suggestion

Hi there! It's me, Tsundere Imouto of Coeurl, here to tell you how I think you should design your game because I'm haughty and self important like that (sarcasm, promise!). My suggestion is intended to address a property of Astrologian that I perceive to be a problem; if you do not see this the same way, feel free to keep it the way it is.

The property I speak of is damage-boosting cards being distributed based on a random number generator. I see the fun in being able to draw many powerful cards sequentially, but I believe personally that it detracts from players attempting to play their class to the best: your performance in a given encounter can be arbitrarily much higher or lower dependent on an Astrologian pulling many of these powerful cards in a row.

The system is as follows: Your deck starts as a Set of 6, all cards being present. Using a card on a player, holding it in your spread, or consuming it for the purposes of Royal Road or Minor Arcana would remove the card from this set. Drawing and redrawing pull from this set that shrinks as the astrologian pulls and consumes cards.
Once all 6 cards have been consumed in some way, the deck resets to six.

This way, the flavor of being at the behest of the fate of the fickle stars is retained, as drawing from that set is still random. However, your distribution of cards across a fight becomes normalized and consistent. I believe it also adds new context to the value of burning a card like Bole; since you know burning your bole for an enhanced balance means you won't draw it again until you've used up all the rest, you may be encouraged to use the cards in your spread for their actual intended effect because of this opportunity cost.
