I don't believe that's possible.

They have said they would continue on trying to find ways to make the current server structure work better if that's any consolation.

I like that they are trying, but it just isn't enough. Having to wait 10 seconds for a 1 second cast is not exactly ideal...and I'm not exactly sure that I want to wait another year (and pay for it) under these conditions...I realize that they are doing their best, but I believe the server issues should be top priority once jobs are released.
