    Reason I waited Balmung open as Stormblood come soon. (My friend in Balmung. She can't come my Odin)
    You have to demolish your house and relinquish the land in order to do a server transfer, so. If you have a house on Odin and want to transfer to Balmung, you'll have to get rid of it.

    Also, good luck getting a house on Balmung. I've heard it's pretty cut throat over there with the housing market, lol.

    That is not the only thing they are cut throat on. I looked at my world dungeon blacklist and over 90% of the people are from Balmung lol.
