Sniped/edited a picture from google since I don't have a picture of the ward listing with a house available for purchase (if it's you're pic, sorry and thank you! ^^). The key for the ward listing:



If no plots are available, check on the hour mark (ex: 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, etc) whenever you can as the auto-demolish timer is always in effect and will make plots that haven't been entered by the owners available after 45 days. There's no way to view if a house is going to be made available, you just have to keep checking the ward listings on the hour when you can. You can also just wait for Shirogane to open up for plot purchases and try to rush in to purchase a plot before they're gone.

edit: The red/orange can also mean no house has been built on the plot, but someone still owns it. Either way you're not seeing the inside of a house if it's that color. ;D

I've been looking for a way to quickly determine if a space is free because I've never seen one. Thanks so much for posting this image! You're amazing!
