Saturday June 3rd I was able to play FFXIV no problem. My computer, which runs Windows 10, wanted to update, so I updated my operating system. On Sunday June 4th, I received a script error on my launch thing.



We did the following:
started and restarted the computer
uninstalled and reinstalled the game
did a malware sweep
disabled the firewall and reenabled it once we saw it didn't help [my mcafee over-rides the windows defender firewall]

We still can't make it work. Does anyone else have any ideas of what we can do short of resetting the computer completely?
