Spell bars being shared between charactors.

For over a week now when I log off, say my BLM and onto my weaver. Out of the two spell bards 2 from my BLM are still showing when im on my BLM. Some times my main spell bar with my weaver is totally empty. Some times the spell bar is totally empty when logging into a different character. I spent an hour and 6 min on the phone on hold with tech support only to be told they couldn't help me with this problem. Ive sent from the support page a ticket. Sent 2 support ticket glitches in game (first one was a week ago) and no answer what so ever. Needless to say this is getting quite frustrating.
Would muchly apreciate any info to help resolve this issue.
My wife has had no issues what so ever on her computer and hers is much older. Im running windows 7 in 64 bit mode. In Diabolos. Time frame is im guessing 3 weeks. Im in Alberta Canada. ISP is Telus.

I am not sure if this will help, but you have to check the settings of the hot bars. I forgot where it is, but there is a setting to make hot bars independent of jobs or dependent.

For example, I have hot bars 1-3 dependent so that when I swap jobs, the abilities swap too. But, my 4th and 5th are not dependent so that I can put spells like protect and potions there so that when I swap jobs, those bars have the same abilities/items there and I do not have to worry about grabbing then again.
