I approve of this idea for Dissipation.

Fey Union is like stacking 3 WHM regens on a single target at once, and that's kind of neat, though putting an additional effect on it would make its meter burn more interesting. If it had a +10% damage reduction effect like a targetted sacred soil as well then that would be pretty spiffy given how few mitigation buffs there are that can be used by non-tanks (and Fey Union can't be used on the SCH themself so it's always synergistic).

Adding damage to Chain Strategem does nothing to address the hamstrung AoE issue. Single target we're actually decent potency-wise, if a little behind WHM, but the worry is currently how well we can sustain it with mana costs.

Honestly all the new passives are pretty meh across the board for most classes. Generally they throw in a little bit of positive RNG with your abilities, but they're typically just quality of life things, like finding a cookie with an extra chocolate chip.
