I play on PC and recently bought ff14 on my PS4. Since I played on my PS4 my PCs in-game support desk has been broken. Every time I open the in game support desk it says "retrieving information" and never loads. If I go to anything in "contact us" it won't let me type anything. The old ticket I submitted no longer shows up. If I go to my PS4 the support desk loads perfect and I can see my old ticket. I don't care to much about my PS4 since the trial is about to expire. When it expires I will no longer have an in-game way to contact the GMs for things like cheating or harassment.
