    Frame drop issue is really bad

    I wanted to be more specific on this post than my last.

    Ok so i'm getting frame drop issues in certain areas. POTD i won't lag when loading into it, but when roaming when NOTHING is going on(idle) it will drop to below 3 frames. I won't ever lag in the heaviest of combat. I wont lag when loading into other areas either, even if it is teleporting to crowded areas.

    EVGA GTX 760 2GB SC
    MSI G43-970a
    Corsair CX500
    Samsung 850 EVO 250gb SSD| 1TB WD Blue HDD

    yeah same probleme
    fx 6300
    r9 280
    16gb ram

    in dx9 limsa 20-30fps in dx11 limsa 45-55fps (but dx11 crash on my card)
