Somebody claimed that Cruze Chaser was unlocked by 100% completion in "save the queen" but that seems also to turn up false.

I'm starting to feel like it's just dataminer bait, and not actually ever going to be made public.

I'd be willing to bet that something like this will indeed be added, but obviously we have no idea when. They put a lot of things into the game's files to use at a later date as they see fit.

It could be a new Rival wings mount that got in early, or even from the new PvP mode for 6.0 they keep teasing that somehow slipped into the files, it wouldn't be the first time something got into the files way ahead of being added.
Though I swear to Hydaelyn that if it's a feast reward, I'm going to the SE offices and... well I'm British so... I'm going to go there and object, very, very, sternly....

They shall stuff as I have suffered, watching each reward going into the feast, but seriously I'm fine with PVP getting rewards and am active in frontlines and rival wings when ques allow but top 100 is so abusable I'm amazed they still haven't done anything about it.
I guess they kind of are, with the whole temp removing the mode when this new "mystery" mode in 6.0 comes out, with potentially retiring it all together if it does well, but then why they're still locking rewards behind it I'll never know.
