Cannot Obtain Modern Aesthetics -Adventure: Item

Good Evening.

I'm having trouble trying to obtain the Modern Aesthetics -Adventure item, one that I'm very excited about and love the look of. I have been trying to buy the item during the event, but unfortunately it does not appear to work. Every time I try to buy it, it gives me an
"Unable to complete transaction. You cannot have carry more than one of this Untradeable Item" despite me not having the item in question." Error.

This is despite me not having the item in question. I am currently on the Brynhildr server, and will stay on in case a GM contacts me. I definitely do not have the item. It is NOT present in any of my inventories, and even is shown as quantity zero on the item itself. I have presented below a picture of the bug. I hope that we can get this issue resolved quickly and figure out what might be wrong. Thank you for your time.

This literally happened to me earlier today too!
At the time I thought it was perhaps because i'd already bought and used the item yet forgot about it, so it was just stopping me from wasting my MGP.

I'll have to check my current hair options when I can log back in later.

The hair from the "make it rain" campaign is sold from a different NPC. The hairstyle you are trying to purchase in that screen shot is the hairstyle design contest winner that was released a long time ago.
