How fast leveling for retainer

What one fastest?

Nah, we just do not remember. We haven't levelled a retainer for nearly 2 years, and that was only from 50 to 60. It has been more than 3 years since levelling one from lv1.

1hr Quick Exploration is the most efficient, if you can keep doing it.
18hr Exploration is the best use of your time for the situation where you cannot login for a period of longer than 12 hrs. e.g. going to bed and work the next morning.

Either way, you are still going to be looking at about a month to level up.

Ah it's true. If new players or I'm slow leveling myself gatherings. When I try start level my retainers.
I would guess which have max level retainers and still remember how faster leveling

Quick exploration is always faster as xp is random. I am currently leveling my retainers (smn/war) through quick exploration and it's much better.

Field exploration (18h) earns me ~400k xp at lvls 50-60 while quick exploration earns me
approx. 350k(never got lower than that)-860k(max) xp per hour so its much faster.

Best way is to always do the highest 1hr venture you have and send as many times as possible when you're online, then send on the highest 18hr you have available when you log out for the day.

That is what I do for 50 and below (spam the most useful/lucrative hunt or gather in my current 5 level range) but at 50+ quick exploration is better...even overnight unless you will not be on for close to that 18 hours.
