    Titles from achievements not being accepted by Jonathas

    ive achieved the titles pure white and heart of the forest and jonathas just gives me his regular convo. and i am a new playeer not a transferred one as i have read online that is a bug for titles as well to a degree. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

    Jonathas does not give titles, titles are unlocked automatically when you obtain the required achievement.

    they are not. already revieved email back from square enix support. they advised me to create post because they could not find out yet themselves...

    Yes, they are. Ever since the relaunch of the game, titles have been automatically unlocked once you complete the required achievement.

    "Heart of the Forest" is not a title, that's simply the level 50 WHM quest you need to complete for the achievement Seeing White I.
    If you have completed the level 60 WHM quest "Hands of Healing," you should be automatically granted the title "Pure White."
