I really hope that this wont be the final build, because some of the design choices are lame and makes me NOT want to tank.

Half resources just to drop a tank stance?
Scourge was easy to manage as it was 30sec
Blood price nerf is stupid, but straight foward I guess.
Damage penalty on tank stance is still a thing. Why?
Dark Arts is now 2sec and we basically haveto double weave oGCDs
5 aoes, why?
Etc...
Anyone else NOT happy with the changes or am I just over looking something. Please help me understand these design choices.
