The First Five Minutes...

So, while we wait for Stormblood, I thought t his would be a fun idea for a thread.

"What are you going to do in the first 5 minutes after Stormblood has gone live?" The five minutes starts as soon as you log on. Remember, you only have 5 minutes so no "I'll beat the MSQ!" things lol.

Examples:
-Unlock the new jobs
-Start the MSQ
-Explore the new zones/Attune to the new aetherytes
-Idle in a zone with nice music
-etc

Since I started the thread, it's only fair that I contribute first. I'm gonna unlock RDM or SAM (the patch notes should say how to do that). Dunno if it will take longer than 5 minutes to unlock, but I'll at least head to the NPCs.

I'm assuming you mean the first 5 minutes after the hour long wait just to actually queue into the game lol.

But first thing I'm doing is definitely MSQ.

Heavensward Launch wasn't ALL that bad. Got in within like 10-15 minutes. DC storms were happening for only about 6 hours, getting less and less severe until it stabled out pretty good, even on Balmung.

ON topic, unlock RDM, try them out briefly. If I'm enjoying it, head off to Roulette/POTD if friends are available. If not, then get on MCH and start the MSQ proper.

Failing that, adjust my hotbars and then wail on a training dummy for a bit to figure out what the heck I'm supposed to be doing.

Like Yoshida had said during the LL, I'm going to look over my hotbars, remove/adjust stuff... then be on my merry way to MSQ stuff.

I'll likely spend the first hour obsessing over the placement of stuff on the UI. I still haven't figured out where I want the gauge.
