"Enter Pre-Order Bonus Code" Not appearing

So ive followed all the steps for redeeming the early access code. I've gotten the email with the code provided and instructions for me to

"3. Select "Enter Pre-order Bonus Code (Early Access Code)", then follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your codes."

Problem is i dont see this in my "Your Account" options (Enter Pre-Order Bonus Code). I'm not sure if this mattered or not, but i am currently playing HW on my ps4, but have preordered the PC version of stormsblood and chosen the pc version when retrieving my code.

Any ideas?

If i recall you can't mix versions so if your account is ps4 pc won't work unless that has changed?Which i don't think it has SE won't let you mix versions.If your account is only PS4

How to register:
Promotion code registration is not necessary. Early access and the bonus items were automatically linked to your Sony Entertainment Network account at the time you pre-ordered the game. Please follow the steps below to register the rights to your Square Enix account once early access has begun.

1. Open FINAL FANTASY XIV and follow the instructions on the screen.

2. You will see "FINAL FANTASY XIV: Stormblood - Pre-Order PlayStation®4." Select "Next."

3. You will see the service account onto which you can register the pre-order code. Select "Next" to complete the registration process.


PlayStation®4 (Physical Package Pre-orders)

How to register:
1. Enter the pre-order code that you received from your retailer on the Stormblood pre-order website (http://sqex.to/9S5) to get your early access code (12-digits XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format).

2. Sign in to the PlayStation™Network with the Sony Entertainment Network Account that you use to play FINAL FANTASY XIV.

3. Select the "PlayStation®Store."

4. Select "Redeem Codes" from the bottom of the left-side option menu.

5. Enter the pre-order bonus code in the field that appears.

6. Confirm that the promotion code matches the product you wish you register.

Once Early Access has begun, continue with the following steps upon launching FFXIV.

7. Launch FINAL FANTASY XIV and follow the instructions that appear.

8. You will see "FINAL FANTASY XIV: Stormblood - Pre-Order PlayStation®4." Select "Next."

9. You will see the service account onto which you can register the pre-order code. Select "Next" to complete the registration process.

Hi I am having the same issue, except I only use the pc version but the enter early access code bottom isn't there. I pre ordered sb two months ago and everything went fine but I had to cancel it. So I re pre ordered it early today got to the mog station part of redeeming but no early access code button this please any thoughts would be appreciated.
