For me, I'd say the mount movement speed increase. While I love Eorzea, and I often still consider XIV to be one of the most beautiful games out there, I've been going through the non-HW areas for almost two and a half years for various quests/reasons, and the HW areas for nearly that long. Sometimes you just want to get from point A to point B a bit quicker......

This is the most beautiful QoL change i have ever seen. I thought SE had no idea how confusing their maps were.
