Quickened Aetherflow is going to be awful

Yeah all 3 Stormblood healer traits are garbage. They're all a low chance (ast and whm have a chance on a crit) to reduce a cooldown. My only hope is that they're all in the middle of being reworked into something else, but who knows at this point.

Well for Hyper Lightspeed, it is -5sec everytime you crit, which synergise well with Improved BeneficII.
My only concern is that we reduce the CD of a situationnal skill that simply allows u to spam 4-5 instant skills.
I would have rather had "Improved Light speed", Also reduce the recast time by 1-1.5sec for its duration.
This would have made the skill so much more fun and interesting to use.
