But wont that put it at 31 max actions/traits to be equipped ona 30 action max bar?

I'm sorry, I meant the auto-equip on traits will auto-equip these to our Trait slots. These traits will not appear on our Action Bar. The current interface only allows room for 10 Traits slots which may be adjusted (or replaced with a traits listing instead).
