I am sure this would have been asked/suggested before, but I will ask anyway .

In the Companies area can the Admins/Mods make a stickies post area so those that are looking for a Free Company can post and it be easily see and never drowned out. This will help both FC leaders and those who are looking for an FC in FFxiv.

Maybe a drop down box also for server selection for when players make a post the server they are looking on will be in the title.
