Two things I would change is Cascade having a large AoE ground target that sucks all enemies in like Whirlpool and binds, makes life easier for tanks. Potentially.

As for Benson, I would give it single target but adds 1:1 Reflect up to the max amount the shield HP is.

Another idea is you have two gauges on the UI. Lily is for healing skills and Confession is for damage skills.
