GCD Clipping: QOL request for healers

The consolidation of spells (Bio/Stone/etc) was sensible move. However, as a consequence of these changes, healers now have absurd number of Off-GCDs in relation to instant cast GCD skills. For example, a scholar looking to use Shadowflare, Chain Strategem, Cleric Stance, and other skills now only has Bio II as a realistic Off-GCD window. Not only does this clipping reduce our damage output, but it also makes the gameplay uncomfortable. Most players simply dislike the idea of mashing skills between casted abilities because it makes the gameplay feel clunky. I understand that some skills, such as Ruin II, are available; however, most players will opt for Broil because it's still a DPS increase even if using Off-GCDs between Broils clips the GCD. Consider making more DoTs instant cast or allowing some abilities to occur during the cast time in order to resolve this problem.
