Can my computer run FF14?

I'm not very tech savvy but i bought a new computer, lemme know if its even worth the time to download FF14 on it.

I7 7700k

Msi Nvidia GTX 1070 gaming Z

16gb of DDR4 Ram.

A z270 gigabyte ultra gaming x motherboard

EVGA 850w Gold power supply

Noctua air cooling system

Do I need to upgrade anything to run it?

You seem capable. Mine is not nearly as strong. I think I have 5series i5 in mine and a weaker power supply and it will certainly play it well. Well okay I have a lot more ram cause I'm silly.

Far better than mine. My score averaged around 12k. You are sitting pretty at 16+k.

Hahaha... You're more than good, my friend. You are way above average. From what I know, scoring above 12k on maximum settings means that your PC will have no problem running the game unless you have crappy internet
