Given that the first two Blizzard spells come with an additional side-effect. Perhaps they thought that THM didn't need another at this point.

They probably have a solid idea of what they want Blizzaga to do, and rather than implement it now in either a form that they think is over-powered, or a form that doesn't match their desires they have left it out entirely.

Level 10->Fire
Level 26->Blizzara
Level 34->Fira
Level 50->Firaga

Why would firaga now come before blizzaga? When it clearly shows it should come after.

They don't have to follow patterns without any derivation. They must have decided that Firaga and Thundaga were more important for 1-50 than Blizzaga was. Give it time, we'll get it.

Also if this is what you're resorting to complaining about, you really must be running out of topics.
