Reseting my bars etc

Just had to reinstall game from scratch and lost all me settings how do i go back to the old set up? I wanted my bars etc the way they were before

Unless you made backups, you're just going to have to go through and set everything back up. For whatever reason, they don't tie your settings to your account like most games do, and instead just have it all saved to a file in your user documents folder.

ughh I was hoping that was not the case...

Look at the bright side, 4.x is in a couple weeks and you're probably going to need to update your HUD anyways to adjust for the UI updates that are coming with it.
