    I dont think that is a headgear, the characters have tails and the mouth is moving. I think that is a new beasttribe.

    Watched that bit a few times and I really don't see the mouths moving. Aside from the frankly terrible textures on the heads, the eyes and mouths aren't moving at all. The background guys have literally the same static expression (and copy-pasted face), while the leader has a permanent snarl with no sense of animation to it.

    Moving tails. Look like miqo'te tails to me -shrug-
