Palace of the Dead is completed content, they won't be changing it in 4.x. They're intending to add a new deep dungeon, which will likely have 4.x music in it (be it copied from other 4.x content, or unique to it).

The only reason I can see them adding any more orchestron rolls to previous content is if it's not in the game, or they have a remix of it. Otherwise I don't believe they'd had any 4.0+ music to anything in 2.X or 3.X

i don't talk of the rolls, but simply every 3 floor the music is choosed randomly into a playlist of music of the game, i'm wondering if they will add music of stormblood to that playlist

More than likely no. Palace of the dead came out during the 3.X stuff, and it has assorted music from that time and before. We are getting a new Palace of the Dead some time in the 4.0 series, so that's where the music will more than likely be.
