Link iOS Triple Triad to FFXIV triple triad?

This just dawned on me today,

It seems triple triad for smartphones is being heavily advertised on social media lately (Facebook to be more precise) and I was wondering if there is a way to either link it to the FFXIV triple triad or why not have our own Triple triad that allow us to earn MGP points for FFXIV while playing it on our smartphone?

I would honestly love the idea to be able to play triple triad and earn MGP points while I'm at work on my lunch.

This is merely a suggestion that could expand the final fantasy XIV further.

Well... playing Triple Triad Gold on the PC is still fun.

Thing is, I wonder how many people REALLY in game play Triad? I know Id like to, but I just dont see it happening much.

I think if the triple triad was link to my character and I was earning MGP points people will play it. I personally will.

I've played the TT that is available on smartphones but I don't find it appealing as I don't have a sense ofvachievement whereas if I was getting GS points and getting TT cards that I'm missing from in game I will be motivated to play it even more.

Or they could look into linking the existing TT game app that is available right now to my character and add MGP earnings

The problem is I feel this could possibly give an advantage to iOS users. Not at home? Want to farm MGP? Just play on your iPhone/iPad.

What about Windows Phone users (ok, you'll likely be able to ignore those users, but they do exist)? More importantly, what about Android users? They have to be tethered to their FFXIV rig, while iPhone users can just do whatever they want. And no, getting an iPhone /iPad isn't an option for everyone.

Issue is, put that on a smart phone with MGP linkage... would mean Pokemon Go Botting all over again.

Everything you can get in the GS is vanity items anyway (except for rarer cards). And the gains from TT matches are already so small, I don't see a problem with people earning pittances of MGP at their leisure outside of game.

I came up with this as we gonna be having mobile retainer. So MAYBE somewhere or sometime the DEV team can look into this.

I would love playing this at work While I'm having my lunch. But not only for the fun of playing TT but I know that I'm gonna be getting some MGP towards ingame rewards! Like it's got a purpose.
