Onslaught: Lower potency then the drk one while unlike their costing us resources, will only be used when you really really cant simply walk over and pick up whatever it is you need to pick up.
Upheaval: Same potency, cooldown and other text as the pld spirits within, unlike spirits within this one cost a resource. I see uses for this one since the potency per point of rage is high.
Shake it off: This has to be a joke, I do not see this skill being used very often, most likely a skill added so they can remove it in 5.0 without anyone complaining.
Inner release: This one is nice.
What I fail to see here are any defensive cooldowns or any raid utility skills. Instead I see one skill that will be used seldom as it now is and another that is so situational that it at most will see very little use.
