I spoke to GM Iluvoratin about a very abusive player in Diadem. I have to say that my experience was quite unsatisfying. The GM asked me for an example of the abuse and I told them I had a picture on my PS4 and to wait a moment while I copied down some text I could send back to them. It took a few moments to get the conversation ready to put in game and by the time I returned to give to them, they just brushed it off and said I should blacklist without taking my example for further action. Why bother asking me for an example if you aren't willing to take it? Makes it feel like reporting doesn't do anything.
As a suggestion for improvement, please make a way to attach a screenshot that will work for PC and PS4 players so that you can have your example instead of brushing it off like it's nothing because it appears there isn't the time or patience to wait for a player to provide the information you asked for. It really makes me feel like our GMs don't care about players who take time out of their game play (I was in the middle of a duty when they sent me a tell and I left immediately, thus taking a 30 penalty) to try and talk to them about getting this resolved. It's deeply upsetting and a HUGE disappointment that our GMs just don't seem to care. I hope they take this suggestion at the very least and it would be really nice if I could actually provide my example so that something can be done about this player.
