Do AST really need this Buff?

As it stands, it'll be doing a swing from "weak and bad" to "waaay too powerful" forever, because the design is just flawed.

Know the worst thing about this? People explained this easy concept ever since AST was introduced, but Square is too deaf and blind to hear and see it.
We started out at the former, and now we are in the latter and sliding more and more into that because the devs don't know wtf they are even doing. And people still defend them, lol.
