Do AST really need this Buff?

Don't forget that during your rotation if you keep drawing garbage cards you can 50/50 turn them into a 300 potency single target nuke or 500 potency heal.

Well I never said I disliked all the changes to AST. That mechanic I kind of want to play it before I really dissect it, it does seem interesting though.
