There's not enough time for 6 Holy Spirits during the 12 second Requiscat buff. Also, it would only be useful the first time you drain your MP gauge. Refilling the gauge with Riot Blades in 48 seconds gives you just enough MP to cast 5 more spirits. You'd have to rely on Cover + Sheltron to cast six as an off tank.

More mana = more natural mp regen. A 6th holy is very possible by getting cast speed from 2.5 to 2.39 possible with melds or from many cast speed buffs. Melding the left side results in + 700ish mana or almosta 10% increase in mana.

I havnt calculated dps increase in getting a 6th holy per rotation, but it might be worth it
