I'm return and saw a new kind of "squadron". I'll send them from my missions.
What really use for? I help they leveling and nothing rewards. Only company seals
Or if my squadrons come max levels and I get good items rewards, really?

At the moment, they are mainly there to promote you to a new rank in your Grand Company (First Lieutenant), which requires you to send them on a special mission to do so. Once they are at level 50 and you have First Lieutenant rank, you can send them on missions which will reward you a stack of 5 items that have various effects for a little over an hour, like a powerful EXP booster or an item for increasing MGP gained at the Gold Saucer.
Once Stormblood is released SE plans to allow players to form parties with your squadrons and use them instead of other players in dungeons and Primal trials. But there is no set date for that to be added sadly.
also doing the once a week lvl 40 priority mission - your recruits will have a chance to come back with a chemistry that will get you more things - like MGP, Gil, materia, Script, seals, etc.
Also, if you do any crafting or gathering it's possible to get squad member buffs that allow them to return from successful missions with crafting/gathering scrips.
Yes. You can get booster items, similar to FC buffs for completing some missions. And if your team gets the right chemistries, they can bring back materia and currencies(crafter/gatherer scrips, MGP, gil, and company seals are examples ive personally seen).
New GC Rank, and other then that the rate of success for missions seems rather low, or has been for me. Really been a pita, lol
If you look at the stats on your team compared to the requirements of the mission you can tell what your odds look like. If your active squad is over all 3 of the phys/men/tac recommendations you are guaranteed to succeed. If you meet 2 of 3, you usually succeed but not always(might literally be 2/3 odds). If you meet 1 of 3 you rarely succeed, but sometimes get lucky. If you dont meet any of the numbers you cant succeed. Promotion missions are special - you must hit all 3 goals to succeed. A 2/3 squad never wins promotion. If youre having a hard time getting through a promotion, your best bets are overleveling, swapping classes(the NPCs dont matter aside from appearance, stats are determined by level and class), or changing your basic training to boost the stat thats hurting you most(also, if you havent done all your boost trainings do them for the free stats).
