If these are "official company forums" in the promotional sense you suggest, where are the official company representatives responding to their customers' concerns?

What I've posted has been my feedback about the game. Every thread I've started has prompted an on-topic discussion. That's exactly what these forums are for. And SE can speak for themselves, unless you speak for them in some official capacity... in which case perhaps you should state that openly, and start responding in that capacity to the feedback that has been shared on these boards.
