When does level cap go up?

I see in the recent announcement on lodestone :

*Registering the Stormblood pre-order code will enable users to play Heavensward content during early access even if they do not possess Heavensward play rights.

This is pretty cool as I was expecting the only thing that pre-ordering Stormblood if you didn't own Heavensward would be was access to the two new jobs on the 16 with access to the rest on the 20th.

But this makes me wonder - if I have access to Heavenward content on the 16, does that mean my level cap will go up to 60/70 on that date as well? If so, that will be awesome cause I will no longer be wasting the xp going through the MSQ.

Did Heavenwards have early access that worked like this?

You will have access to everything on 16th.

Yes, you should have your cap raised from 50 to 70. And yes, Heavensward early access raised the cap from 50 to 60.
