Summoner and the upcoming changes

Did they alter Break to have damage over time? Last I saw it was one time damage with a heavy debuff? It would say "damage over time" or "additional effect damage over time" if that were the case. Sorry, I am out of the loop on this one D:

I may have confused myself. i cannot find the recent mtq capture video that showed it but you are probably right and i glanced it.
