Little Ladies Day 2017 gear not available at the calamity salvager

Steps:
1. I have done the Little Ladies Day 2017 event and bought the female version of the gear. Weeks later, I purchased a fantasia and switched to a male character.

2. I went to the Calamity Salvager NPC to buy OR exchange the gear for the male version, but only the Little Ladies Day gear from the 2016 event (Lord's Suikan and Little Lord's Clogs) was available, the gear from 2017 (Songbird and Seneschal) was not there. I also checked the Recompense Officer, but it was not available there either.

3. I posted a topic in the General Discussion section of this forum where other players have confirmed they had the same issue; the NPC does not have the gear even though you have the achievement from the event

4. It usually takes a while for the gear from events to be available at the recompense officer/calamity salvager, but the Scion gear from the main scenario quest is available for purchase and was only given to players after the Little Ladies Day 2017 event had concluded. This lead me to believe it is either a bug or an oversight.

5. I contacted a GM in game. After a few calls, I was told to submit a bug report on the forums.
