D/C have to wait minutes to get back in the game? Why is this a thing?

While I do agree its very annoying. And not a fun thing. I rarely have this issue when I'm DC'd. However; this does happen in WoW as well and with a lot more frequency, imo. So I'm not sure its quite as easy to code around/fix.

Not quite sure about that, I have played both and I had no problem logging right back in if I got dc'd in wow.

Heh, so we have the same issue in opposite games. XD Still it is annoying, and I agree, I wish there was a better way to avoid it from happening. Never quite understood how sometimes a chara remains logged on after a DC. I usually fix it by loading in another chara. (works in WoW for me anyway)

I never had it in wow, and longest time (yes I mean down to the second I watch the clock, etc,) was for this game did not let me log in for 7 minutes. This is SE's end, it should not happen, and I hope it gets fixed.
