Take your time and read the entire DRK toolkit, scourge is damn pointless. I rather have my new sole survivor excuse me.

1 more thing.. idk who wrote this article but... i main war and what this guy wrote is almost wrong on everything , example he mentions vengance and raw intuition as unchaged - wrong they dont garants +1 stack/10 gauge anymore.. than he says decimate potency nerfed from 300 pot to 280.. lol decimate is alrdy 280 pot rn ... berserk cd extended from 15 s to 20s... again berserk is already 20 secs xD

The decimate thing even I went to check it. Still 280 :v
As for berserk he meant the base ability without the trait itself, so they are removing the traits and simply incorporating in the skill itself, so the newcomers don't need to wait for the full effect.
As for Raw Intuition and Vengeance
Vengeance: No changes to base effects, no impact on beast gauge
Raw Intuition: No changes to base effect, no impact on beast gauge
They work the same but they don't add anything to the new mechanics, compared to the previous version where it gave 1 stack of wrath
