Forget scourge what tanks need is Bloodbath. Really annoyed that we lost it for all tanks. All tanks could have really benefited from having bloodbath, especially with all the aoe/burst QoL changes to tanks. Why would dps need it when they shouldn't be getting hit in the first place outside of raid-wide aoes? and even then we have healers who should be keeping them topped up anyways.
