[Excalibur][FC][LFM] <Sugar>Rush is looking to grow!
What is <Sugar>Rush and why should I join?
Sugar Rush <Sugar> is a Friend Founded FC and looking for new members! Our main focus of events range from Aquapolis, Diadem, forming statics for end game content, Trials and everything in between! We would like to grow our player base now in preperation for the upcoming expansion Stormblood, so that we can experience the new content with friends \^^/ the more the merrier!
This mindset stems from my experience on playing FFXI for 11 years, FFXI was a great game which promotes building strong bonds of friendship with players and I am looking to maintain and have this experience here in FFXIV to share! I am looking to build our player base and expand upon our already active members so that together we can build a place to call home filled with friends and family. It doesn't matter wether you are new, veteran or a returning player all are welcomed! If you have any questions feel free to send me a tell in game or a message on guildwork or below! When is <Sugar>Rush usually active?
Our most active times are in the Evening, most of our members are from NA timezones which range from EST-PST however we do have some GMT members as well. Weekends are generally active thruought the day as well.
Which events are currently taking place in <Sugar>Rush and is there a schedule?
FC Schedule and Events:
Currently we do have a schedule, however keep in mind it is followed quite loosely. Schedules are subject to change depending on the number of players active and the interest of who is currently online. (i.e. Maps are scheduled however the current online members would rather work on Trials Farming or possibly unlocking new content, that would take priority over the pre-scheduled event)
Events are scheduled on a daily basis with no real time constraint, members are welcomed and encouraged to start events at any given time and people can hop in when they log on if they like. Right now we are looking to have specific "Event leaders" so that events can be more organized and also members can lead events they enjoy creating a great overall experience.
Current weekly schedule:
Monday Map Madness, Tuesday Trials, Wild Card Wednesdays, 24 Man Thursdays, First Timer Friday, Shatterday, Sunday Funday (These events are subject to change as stated above and just the suggested events)
Monthly Contests:
Current Monthly Contest is glamour contest which ends March 31, the prize will be from Mogstation. (We hold monthly contests as a fun way to engage our members and everyone can participate in these events)
FC General Goals:
Growing our FC to have more active players, while we do have active players currently we would like to expand more. The more the merrier and also the more friends to play with makes for more fun and also doing either more scheduled events and just havign a lively place to call home. (This is an MMORPG afterall, lets be social!)
Housing:
We currently have a large home in the Mists in the 11th Ward of Plot 45, this Moogle inspired home is atop the mountains on the outskirts of limsa and houses great ammenities for our members!
The main floor of our Sugar house (Please do not eat our house it is not made of Sugar) houses the main ammenities such as Mender NPC Junkmonger (who also whips up tasty meals!) Our in house Stylist for when you need a fresh new haircut! and also bell to ring up your retainers, along with many more.
Upstairs of our house is under rennovation (Onsen and Japanese Theme relaxing room coming soon! With the Stormblood update to housing expansion. In the meantime enjoy our Tavern downstairs, hang out in our FC Secret HQ, or sneak into a members room whether that me MomoCakes room for some tea and snacks, Erid's room of Tonberrys, or Juansters exclusive bar with a stage, and many more!)
<Sugar>Rush sounds like a sweet place to be! How do I join and what is the process?
Upon joining <Sugar>Rush you will be assigned the rank of "Sweet-n-low". This is basically the entry level rank to the FC. During this time you are getting a taste of how things are in <Sugar>Rush and also we are engaging with you and seeing how things go. If all goes well and you are happy to call <Sugar>Rush your new home and there have been no problems with your membership thus far you will be Ranking up to "Cream Puff" Life gets a little sweeter with this rank as you will have more access to FC ammenities, plust Cream Puffs are much more tasty than plain ol "Sweet-n-Low" (Don't worry Sweet-n-Lows you are Sweet in your own right and we look forward to you joining the ranks of Cream Puff and beyond!)
Speaking of ranking how does it work in <Sugar> Rush and what do all these dessert names mean!?
Ranking and names have more to do with Descriptions rather than a sort of system of people being over one another, we are all equals here however think of it as some people have prefrence taste for some desserts over others! So basically we are all sweet and we are all desserts, yet we are just grouped as a means of organization and catering to different needs! (See more below!)
Sweet-n-Low: This is where your sweet journey into <Sugar>Rush begins! your just getting started to immerse into the wonderful world of Sweets! Simply put an entry level rank.
Cream Puff: Much tastier rank, this is where you will graduate to after growing out of your "Sweet-n-Low" stage. Simply put a general member rank.
Mochi: Mochi goes through quite a process to be made and takes quite a bit of hard work! (Pounding!) This rank is similar to Cream Puff (just about equally as tasty) however has a slight more priveledges in terms of FC ammenities and access. Simply put, general member rank+. To graduate to mochi, the member just needs to express interest and explain why they would like access to this rank. After careful consideration a decision will be made.
Sweet Tart: As mentioned above our FC is founded by friends who worked together to create this lovely sweet place we call home, this rank is reserved for founding and veteran members of <Sugar>Rush.
Cherry on Top: These are members who are very helpful to the FC, whether it be leading events or lending a hand in terms of leadership or organization. This rank does have quite a bit of rights and priveledges however it is also coming with great responsibility. Simply put, similar to an "FC Officer" if a member is interested in this role they can contact someone within the Cherry on Top rank or directly contact FC Lead Momocakes Oishii. After interest is expressed there will be trial runs depending on the reasoning for wanted to join this rank.
Minty Fresh: Rank specifically for Lo Fi, Lo is an integral member of our FC and helps with many things. She also has her alts under this rank so that she may do as she needs regarding managing our FC and House. (i.e. Mainting Airships, and Workshop, she is kind of like our personal Cid, but sweeter)
Misses Cakes: Current FC leader Rank, Current you ask? Well our initial FC leader Short Cakes, was eaten by a Mighty Dragon on his conquest for domination over Eorzea. We now await his return and rescue so in his stead I have taken the reigns of the FC to give guidance to our members and help expand. (Short Cakes is actually away on deployment and we will kidnap him upon his return, however dont be fooled by his sweet exterior, our Main FC goal is conquest of Eorzea and spreading the word of the fantastical Cake!)
Who do I contact if my teeth rot out from too much sugar consumption from joining this FC or if I get Diabetes ?
Deffinently reach out to Leera Katz and they can take care of your dental and medical bills to covor any lost teeth or diabetes medication!
