    Wouldn't mind seeing Lilies become Aura-Like party-wide minor buffs that could be consumed for a concentrated effect. (Disclaimer: I'm using random numbers rather than anything that'd be balanced)

    1st Lily - (Activated by Healing a set amount of HP for your Party) Passive HP/MP/TP Regen for the Party. Consume this lily to restore 10% HP/MP/TP to the Party.
    2nd Lily - (Activated by Dealing a set amount of Damage during Combat) Passive +5% Damage increase for the Party. Consume this lily to increase the Party's Damage by 20% for 30 Seconds.
    3rd Lily - (Activated when the other two are activated) Passive decrease in damage taken by 10%. Consume this lily to purge all debuffs from the entire Party.

    Lilies should tie into elementally-themed buffs that provide utility and damage mitigation. Something along the lines of a wind-themed spell that significantly weakens a monster's defense, a water-themed spell that provides a potent buff of some sort on the party, and an earth-themed spell that provides damage mitigation. It would fit the theme of White Mage, and would provide realistic options for how to spend the Lilies that do get accumulated (the mechanic for how Lily stacks are acquired also must be changed; at a bare minimum, HoT ticks need to have a significant chance to proc a Lily, and Cure I / Cure II should be well over 50% chances, if not guaranteed).

    That being said, I must confess, I take issue with your post. It's not the job of the player community to come up with specifics - that's on SE. They're the development team. We're supposed to let them know when something isn't working and why, which generally is being done quite effectively right now.

    I'd also point out that this isn't just a Savage Raid issue. To be sure, the pending problems facing WHM will be most visible in Savage / Extreme content, but the effects trickle down even to the point of impacting run-of-the-mill dungeons. People choosing to play WHM shouldn't have to enter a dungeon feeling as if they're significantly gimping their party relative to its performance with an AST or a SCH. Whether or not the content can be cleared is too simple an analysis.

    I think Plenary Indulgence should give an additional effect based on how many confession stacks you have on the target

    Example

    2% damage increase for allies for 30 seconds with 1 confession stack
    5% damage increase for allies for 30 seconds with 2 confession stacks
    10% damage increase for allies for 30 seconds with 3 confession stacks

    Overheal (Trait): Lilies generated allow for Cure I and Cure II to heal a target beyond 100% of their hp creating a barrier. Maximum barrier scales with number of lilies.

    1 = 5%
    2 = 10%
    3 = 15%
    4 = 20%

    Reraise: Cast a buff on target party member allowing them to automatically be resurrected upon KO. May only be cast on a party member with the Overheal status, costs 4 lilies.

    Regenerative Mastery (Trait): Your Regen and Medica II spells gain every tick of Regen or Medica II on a target beyond 100% HP has a 3% chance to overheal the target's hp for its duration, creating a barrier. Maximum HP scales with number of lilies.

    I'd love to see something like MoP Disc Priests Atonement (in a sense). Build up your stacks (lilies), and then expend them for a self-buff (healing increase? to at least make up for our gutted Divine Seal), or expend them for single-target/party wide damage buff/shield/reflect/haste/etc.

    Second was based on the need for some more DPS-Based Synergy for groups, give WHM a manner to compete with AST (with the action to consume a specific lily being on a decent enough cooldown to prevent the min-max WHMs from keeping a permanent 20% DPS buff up). The third was more of a way to give WHM something akin to a second Protect, though perhaps a Shell effect with reducing magic damage would've been a better idea. As for the Esunaga, it seems like a good bit of utility to want to keep up one's sleeve as well.

    I'd thought of the Reflect suggestion but I kind of feel like Reflect deserves its own ability rather than being tacked on with the lilies.

    The literal point of the thread is to actively avoid the reality of WHM at the moment and have a fun brainstorm. Again, you intentionally just couldn't have that happening. Fun campfire brainstorm ended due to the screeching Doomsayer- Don't have enough of that in-
